Polaris provides employee placements to you at no charge under all J1 programs. We supply students for the J1 Work and Travel, J1 Camp, J1 Trainee and J1 Internship programs.

Our students are fully screened under the US Department of State visa eligibility regulations. They range in age from 18 to 35, and they have experience or training in the fields we place them in.

We do have entry-level students without experience, but they are willing to be trained if given the opportunity. These students and young skilled workers are driven to work hard to fund their way through the program while learning about US culture through the experience you offer them.

Visa sponsors are an integral part of the J1 visa process. They are an extended arm of the US Department of State, supplying the guidance, security, direction and, most importantly, the official documentation that makes the J1 program possible.

We are a registered overseas travel and job-placement agency located in Jamaica, W.I., and we are seeking visa sponsors for our various J1 visa programs. If you are a visa sponsor for the Work and Travel Program, the Internship and Trainee Program or the Summer Camp Program, please contact us. We always have eligible participants available from our island, screened and ready for travel. We are also open to other programs, including the Q1, H-2B and H-1B categories, as well as teacher, nurse and agricultural visas.
