About Us
How we started
Polaris have been in operation from 2016. We are registered with the Ministry of Labor Jamaica https://www.mlss.gov.jm/ to operate programs that sends Jamaicans to the United States of America for work and cultural exchange. Employment Agencies Unit Ministry of Labour and Social Security (mlss.gov.jm)
Polaris began from the love of these cultural exchange programs by a participant who participated in the J1 Summer Work and Travel Program though different agencies throughout his years in college.
The love of this opportunity leads the owner to opening his own agency with the ultimate goal of not only creating these cultural exchange opportunities for students and young adults but to also operate with a difference by giving back and providing the best service.

We have sent to the United States over 500 and counting participants though the three programs we offer.
From an applicant registration to their departure, they are guided by our team for the best outcomes. With our value to provide participants with the best outcomes we ensure they meet the requirements to get a job offer and is well prepared and informed to be successful at the embassy.
